WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT Supervise the work of Site Support staff and prioritize tasks to be completed based on customer and facility needs.Monitor staff performance and provide feedback for any necessary improvements.Monitor ticketing system metrics to ensure SLAs are met and review trouble logs for appropriate resolution and closure.Work closely with managed service provider regarding staffing needs, upcoming projects and overall team performance.Communicate with facility leaders, IS management and vendors to discuss and address any outstanding issues and provide technical expertise.Attends project and facility meetings and completes rounding to access computing support needs.Perform resource allocation for projects, assign work and monitor its progress to full completion.Recommend acquisition of PCs and related equipment based on the Franciscan hardware standards.Administrate end-user device procurement and disposal per Franciscan standard processes while ensuring online stockroom accuracy for maintaining inventory.Design, develop, configure, implement and support full technical solutions including process steps and workflow in collaboration with other teams.Install, configure and support PC and laptop hardware and common software packages and provide both on-site and phone support for PC hardware and software issues, when necessary as part of the hands on portion of the position.Project manage small to medium sized projects from start to finish.Collaborate with vendors to install and troubleshoot their solutions.Design and develop standards, policies and procedures.
