Your Role: We are currently seeking Supply Chain Associate candidates with bachelor's degrees in operations, supply chain, or related business fields. Individuals in this role will be provided with a broad foundation of training and experience aimed at developing the technical, professional, and leadership skills necessary for rapid advancement in one of the world's most well-known and respected consumer products companies. You will have the opportunity to: Have multiple rotational assignments, with each aimed at developing functional expertise and business acumen as well as providing participants with broad exposure to a variety of supply chain functions.Work alongside seasoned Supply Chain leaders and gain hands-on, real-world experience in transportation planning, deployment planning, customer service, and more.Participate in activities to support inventory balancing, resolving inventory and deployment exceptions, and order fulfillment.Gain experience with load planning, truck utilization, freight payment activities, carrier assignments, and tendering loads.Contribute to processing customer orders and inquiries, reviewing orders for lead time and product availability, and creating key account reporting for Sales and Marketing collaboration.Drive continuous improvement projects during each rotation.You will benefit from strong leadership, coaching, and regular mentoring.
