Job Description
Sales and Supply Chain Support/Operations Coordinator for an International Manufacturing, Trading and Fulfillment Company in the Health, Beauty and Wellness sector.
Candidate can work remotely mostly but we prefer then to be in Puerto Rico or Los Angeles.

DUTIES:
1. Works remotely and independently mostly and in charge of all Sales Process Coordination and some Supply Chain Management activities to meet established product/project delivery schedules for company and clients.
2. Prepares analysis, inventory, and financial reports and present for review by Senior Leadership, and to drive continuous improvement in approved, implementing changes and measuring results.
4. Must be a problem solver and have ability to use data to drive informed decision making.
5. Must demonstrate attention to detail, solid judgment, ability to plan and accomplish goals, and to always champion ethical business practices.
6. Must have highly developed English written and verbal skills, detail oriented and multi-tasking ability.
7. Develop a strong working relationship with internal and external partners/clients
8. Develop a core understanding of the business unit cost drivers and their impact on operations and customers.
9. Compare delivery strategies and optimize available networks to minimize freight costs.
10. Work with cross functional teams to communicate and report on all key supply chain metrics and financials, identifying risks and opportunities.
11. Knowledge of inventory management concepts and principles: Distribution, Planning, and Logistics processes.
12. Expert with Excel, and other analytic software tools and supply chain applications
13. Requires enthusiastic, driven, self-motivated individual who can work by themselves or with individuals at all levels in the organization.
14. Ability to be flexible in a demanding and rapidly changing environment, and to think tactically and strategically
15. Superb organizational and time management skills; must meet deadlines
16. Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
17. Working knowledge of QuickBooks and basic accounting functions
are REQUIRED!
