Job Description Expertise needed; • Supply Chain areas knowledge and/or experience • Experience in areas such as Demand & Supply Planning, Capacity Assessment & Analysis, Manufacturing industry and Project Management • Proficiency in Kinaxis - Rapid Response, SAP, Tableau, Smartsheet and/or Microsoft Office programs • Strong communication and presentation skills (Spanish & English) • Develop training materials to standardize planning / capacity management processes • Analyze, consolidate, and report supply plan to management, stakeholders, and customers • Develop multiple scenarios to ensure the best supply plan considering product specific demand requirements and supply constraints (i.e.
raw materials, capacity, non-commercial activities, etc).
Requirements Education & Years of experience requested; Doctorate degree or Master's degree and 2 years of directly related experience or Bachelor's degree and 4 years of directly related experience or Associate's degree and 10 years of directly related experience or High school diploma / GED and 12 years of directly related experience.
