High School Diploma/GED
Licensure/Certification:
Certified Surgical Technician (CST) or Certified Surgical First Assistant (CST/CSFA) required as of September 1, 2010 or 'grandfathered' employees or LVN
BLS Certification Required
Minimum Experience:
Two (2) years of experience
