Surgical Technologist - Operating Room

The Surgical Technologist plays a key role in the perioperative team, providing essential support to the Registered Nurse during surgical procedures. This position offers a special summer incentive, including a sign-on bonus of $15,000 and free health insurance for the remainder of the year.
Adheres to aseptic principles to maintain a sterile environment and demonstrates proficiency in technical and psychomotor skills. Assists in organizing and coordinating supplies and equipment to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Maintains a safe environment for patients and colleagues, following safety and legal requirements. Participates in room turnover, sterilization, and equipment maintenance. Contributes to unit education and training of team members. Performs scrubbing duties and maintains clinical proficiency in multiple surgical specialties.
