Essential Functions On an ongoing basis, drives the team's effectiveness by orienting, training, coaching, delegating, and managing the performance of direct reports on the team. Proactively addresses and escalates concerns as necessary from staff and/or Internal/External Customers to Implementation Management. Takes lead on complex Configuration Requests by gathering appropriate information from internal stakeholders to create a timeline to be executed upon. Assists Implementation Manager in the creation and generation of weekly/monthly reporting for all assigned team activities. Meets with Configuration team members on a regular basis to review Priorities, Cases and provide support and direction, as necessary. Performs other duties as assigned or apparent. Supervisory and Managerial Responsibility This position has supervisory responsibilities to include hiring, training, coaching, mentoring, and managing the performance of department team members. Education, Licensure or Certification: High school diploma or GED is required. Knowledge of general business administration as normally obtained through the completion of an associate degree is required. Work Experience or Related Experience: Three to five years of experience in a Lead type Role. General business acumen required and usually obtained through work experience, education, or training Experience in the healthcare or medical fields in which incumbents have gained an understanding of durable medical equipment is strongly preferred. Specialized Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills are required to perform the functions as described, including the ability to present information to internal stakeholders Incumbent must possess strong verbal and written communication skills Organizational skills and ability to manage simultaneous requests and priorities. The ability to prioritize with competing priorities is essential Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions to manage requests as described above is required The ability to be flexible and adapt to changing processes, system applications, and priorities is required. The ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information and follow standard operating procedures about patient data to ensure compliance with HIPAA is required A good understanding of the Company's products, technologies, selling strategies and internal business functions is necessary to become proficient and competent in this role. The ability to process and enter data accurately is required Must have the ability to work effectively in a fast pace entrepreneurial environment Working knowledge of a PC, business, and communications software (MS Office) and web-based tools are required Travel Requirements and Conditions Some travel (0%-10%) is required to include overnight travel. Work Environment, Conditions and Demands Work is performed in an office and/or remote home environment. Physical Requirements and Demands This position entails a high level of work performed at a computer terminal throughout the day as well as moderate use of a telephone or headset equipment Regular eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity is required to operate office equipment.
