Who we're looking for: Architect and implement AI decision making systems such as Behavior Trees Support and improve navigation technology using Havok AI Work closely with the Design and Animation teams to bring ideas and new gameplay features into the game Develop and improve testing frameworks for AI and related systems Profile, diagnose, and optimize AI and related systems What skills you will use: Four (4) years of experience as a Senior Programmer, or Programmer in video game industry Must have minimum of 1 shipped AAA game 3D math and C++ programming skills

At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role's base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.
Base pay is one component of our total compensation package. Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location, as well as additional compensation components, such as annual bonus, profit sharing, and other incentive plans.
