Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies. \- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization. Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process from start to finish. - Manage relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience. Stay updated on employment labor laws and best practices in recruiting to ensure compliance. Assist in employee orientation and onboarding processes to integrate new hires effectively.
