The Crown Is YoursAs a Talent Acquisition Operations Associate, you will be instrumental in streamlining and enhancing global recruitment processes. You will craft and update key documentation, including training materials and standard operating procedures, to drive consistency across the Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you'll coordinate training programs, perform audits, and support system enhancements to ensure accuracy and compliance. Additionally, you'll oversee job postings, manage recruitment events, and maintain relationships with external vendors to optimize partnerships.
What you'll do as a Talent Acquisition Operations AssociateCreate and maintain process documents, training materials, and standard operating procedures for the global Talent Acquisition team.Assist in designing and coordinating Talent Acquisition training programs to ensure process consistency across teams.Perform regular Workday audits, conduct system testing, and participate in enhancement projects to ensure data accuracy and compliance.Oversee the job posting process, ensuring accurate and timely listings to attract top talent.Manage recruitment events by collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors to drive successful outcomes.Maintain relationships with external recruitment vendors, assist with contracts, and monitor performance to optimize partnerships.What you'll bringA Bachelor's Degree with at least 1 year of professional experience working within Talent Acquisition, HR, Operations or Project Management.Prior experience with Workday ATS is preferred.Proficiency in Office 365, Google Suite, specifically with spreadsheets and presentation creation.Strong business acumen, including critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.Collaborative spirit with a passion for process improvement.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Familiarity with analytics or reporting is a plus, but not required.Join Our TeamWe're a publicly traded (NASDAQ: DKNG) technology company headquartered in Boston. The US base salary range for this full-time position is 59,200.00 USD - 74,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
