Contract to Hire Position (will start out as a 20hour a week position) Location - Oak Brook, IL (1-2 days a week onsite) Our client is looking to add a Talent Acquisition Partner that will partner with the Employment and Diversity Team and hiring managers to anticipate and meet the evolving needs of the corporate/field recruitment needs and to deliver top talent into the organization. The position will nurture relationships with prospective talent and manage on-going manager relationships. The Talent Acquisition Partner will act as a true contributor to the growth of the company.
PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES: Full life cycle recruiting. Research, screen and assist in the selection of qualified and suitable candidates to fill job openings at a variety of levels for corporate and field positions.Conduct "intake meetings" when positions become available. Establish recruiting strategy by incorporating manager's request, culture and HRBP's recommendation for both the internal and external recruiting process.Develop phone screens and interview guides to ensure consistency and competency adherence related to the position candidates are applying toMaintain all job files consistently and in accordance to law.Determine applicant requirements by sourcing and identifying similarities between resume/profiles and job descriptions / qualificationsEvaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with HR Business Partners and hiring managers;Act as an administrator for the ATS. Enter all requisitions, externally and internally post job openings, manage the collection of resumes. Utilize system to gather and maintain notes regarding candidates and the interviewing process.Strategize with the Employment Team in regards to corporate branding. Develop and execute consistent job postings and social media postings reflecting this strategy. Engage potential candidates through social media.Ensure RDQ's are created and up to date as position become available and open.Help eliminate legal challenges by understanding current legislation; enforcing regulations with managersSource, phone screen and coordinate all external and internal interviews for corporate and field positions.
