The Role:
Lead and supervise a team of skilled field technicians, ensuring efficient and high-quality installation, configuration, and maintenance of security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms).
Coordinate and schedule daily field operations, ensuring timely project completion and adherence to customer expectations.
Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support for complex security system installations.
Maintain communication with clients, ensuring all issues are resolved and projects are executed to the highest standards.
Enforce safety protocols and ensure all fieldwork complies with industry regulations and best practices.
What we are Looking for:
3-5 years of experience in security system installations and maintenance, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
Expertise in security technology, including access control, video surveillance, and integrated systems.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor field staff.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle project challenges effectively.
A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various job sites.
