As a Technical Analyst - Program Support Lead will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery and ongoing support of our managed services program. Work closely with both our offshore team in India and cross-functional teams within the client organization to identify process gaps, streamline workflows, and drive operational efficiency.

Job Description: Provide timely and effective support for .NET applications and SQL databases in a production environment, ensuring high availability and optimal performance. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to application functionality and database queries, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement robust solutions. Monitor application performance and SQL database health, conduct root cause analysis, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability. Provide day-to-day support for program operations, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery of services. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, process breakdowns, and data quality problems that may arise during program execution. Collaborate with offshore teams and client stakeholders to address issues and resolve inquiries. Monitor program performance and identify areas for improvement. Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks. Document process flows and develop recommendations for optimization. Collaborate with data and AI teams to explore opportunities for automation. Work with the RPA team to identify repetitive tasks that can be automated. Develop automation requirements and collaborate with RPA developers to implement solutions. Analyze program data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis. Effectively communicate with stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure alignment and address concerns. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Strong technical skills, including proficiency in data analysis, SQL, and scripting languages (e.g., .Net, Angular, Python, PowerShell). Experience with healthcare data and systems. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Knowledge of automation tools and methodologies (e.g., RPA, AI, ML).
This role requires hands-on experience with complex identity and access management (IAM) projects, and the ideal candidate will be able to advise on best practices, troubleshoot technical issues, and work closely with both application teams and engineering teams to ensure a smooth migration and integration process.

Key Responsibilities:
Solution Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions, focusing on migrating applications from CA SiteMinder to Entra ID. Analyze existing SSO and authentication patterns in CA SiteMinder and design equivalent or improved solutions using Microsoft Entra ID. Develop and recommend the best integration patterns for various applications based on their specific needs and technical requirements. Collaborate with application owners to define and implement appropriate integration strategies and authentication flows. Migration Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for migrating SSO configurations from CA SiteMinder to Microsoft Entra ID. Identify and document the required steps for a successful migration, including application analysis, integration patterns, and transition planning. Provide guidance on minimizing downtime and ensuring a smooth transition for users and application teams. Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Work closely with the engineering team to troubleshoot any issues related to SSO configurations, token flows, or authentication mechanisms. Provide support for any technical challenges encountered during the migration, including configuration issues and compatibility concerns. Assist with debugging and optimizing SSO integrations, ensuring all applications are securely and efficiently connected to Microsoft Entra ID. Proven experience in migrating applications from CA SiteMinder to Microsoft Entra ID. Strong background in authentication protocols such as SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, and WS-Federation. Experience in designing and implementing SSO for both cloud and on-premises applications. Hands-on experience with Azure AD Conditional Access Policies, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Identity Governance. Remote, preference towards East cost or central time zones as customer is in the Norh East.
