What you'll do We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Product Manager specialized in Fraud Protection to join our Foundations organization. The successful candidate will play a meaningful role in safeguarding our clients and our business from fraudulent activities, thereby helping to preserve trust across our platform. You will work closely with various departments to identify, investigate, and mitigate fraud risks, ensuring the integrity and security of our platform.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying how our existing fraud protection measures need to evolve to support Docusign's expansion in the Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) space. You will assess threat potential in current and new capabilities across the platform, devise detection and monitoring solutions, and implement tooling to manage risk on an ongoing basis.
You will work closely with our engineering teams to build the platform supporting those needs and drive adoption of fraud protection across the platform, partnering with our Fraud Operations team, Legal, Compliance, and Customer Support to help manage any emerging concerns.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Lead Product Manager, Security Services.
Responsibility Ideate, develop, and maintain product capabilities and strategies focused on fraud detection and preventionApply data analytics and metrics to assess protection performance, identify trends, emerging threats, and make data-driven decisionsConduct research into 3P protection solutions, evaluate performance, and drive implementation to achieve impactDefine and track KPIs including financial impact related to fraud protection within the organizationPartner with internal teams and customers to understand their protection needsDocument clear requirements and use cases in collaboration with engineering and UX, and drive product initiatives from concept to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery of new features and enhancementsConduct competitive analysis to position Docusign as a leader and innovator in the agreement security spacePrioritize features and initiatives based on business impact and available resources Job Designation Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. What you bring Basic Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field5+ years of proven experience as a Technical Product Manager or similar role, with a focus on Fraud and Abuse protection, Trust, or SecurityExperience with communicating with partners at all levelsExperience with analyzing and problem-solving, with a data-driven approach to decision-makingPreferred Strong technical competence and familiarity with API design principlesExperience with implementing machine learning, data science, or LLMsMBA degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related fieldExperience working in an Agile development environment Wage Transparency Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:
California: $122,300.00 - $190,650.00 base salary
Illinois and Colorado: $116,500.00 - $160,150.00 base salary
Washington and New York (including NYC metro area): $116,500.00 - $168,200.00 base salary
