Who we are looking for
We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to help coordinate a multi-faceted Solution Architecture group driving Technology Modernization, Cloud Migration, Platform Roadmap Planning, Vendor Selection, and associated budgeting/forecasting. Will work to develop and implement a process for Solution Architecture governance and controls for a Boston based leading-edge Financial Services/Capital Markets Technology software development organization. This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements.

As Technical Program Manager you will:
Provide multiple concurrent project governance, planning, and budgetingImplement governance and controls process to ensure intake, prioritization, and effective status communicationWork with multiple technology and project teams including business application development, corporate enterprise architecture, and infrastructure support teams.Implemet process for creationa dn maintaining business application platform lifecycle roadmaps as part of the governance process What we value

The ideal candidate should have strong critical thinking, problem solving, and decision making skills, as well as familiarity with navigating a large corporate regulated businessWorking knowledge of modern software application development technologies, cloud application infrastructure components and technologiesWorking knowledge of Agile/Kanban SDLC methodologies and roles Education & Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree or beyond and 5 years or more work experience in related rolesTechnical background with foundational understanding of current development processes and toolsAgile/Kanban methodology training and experienceProficient with planning tools MS Project, Excel, PPT Are you the right candidate? Salary Range:
$140,000 - $222,500 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
