We are seeking a dynamic and driven Technical Project Manager (TPM) to join our team and play a critical role in driving the success of our clients. As a TPM, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of cutting-edge indoor technology solutions, ensuring smooth project execution, and managing cross-functional teams through multiple, concurrent project lifecycles. This role requires a mix of technical expertise, strong communication skills, and an ability to problem-solve on the fly. You will collaborate closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that transform the future of indoor experiences.Key Responsibilities:Lead project planning, requirements gathering, implementation, and deployment for global clients.Partner with commercial and technical stakeholders to ensure successful deployment of solutions.Collaborate with internal teams including developers and designers to integrate our technology into client applications.Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software challenges to ensure solution quality.Facilitate client status meetings to track project scope, timeline, and deliverables.Continuously learn and master our product suite to enhance client outcomes and contribute to the product roadmap.Foster an inclusive culture, bringing your authentic self to the team and helping to create a positive working environment.Minimum Qualifications:3+ years of experience in IT project management or technical consulting, preferably within hardware or software industries.Applied knowledge of agile software development processes.Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage relationships with both technical and commercial stakeholders.Process-oriented with attention to detail and a mindset for continuous improvement.Fluent in English (written and spoken).Preferred Qualifications:BS or MS degree in a relevant technology or management field (e.g., Computer Science).Experience using project management tools like Jira, Smartsheet, Google Suite, MS Office, or MS Project.Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.After you apply for this position, we may need you to complete a short series of questions to help us expedite your application.
