Technical Support Specialist

Responsibilities
Provide technical assistance to end-users, troubleshoot problems, and resolve issues related to business application like NetDocuments
Coordinate between the business users and IT helpdesk to troubleshoot and resolve issues which can be blend of multiple factors
Team player and able to follow the instructions provided; other responsibilities as assigned to assist with ad-hoc duties
Work with the software vendors, if needed, to troubleshoot and resolve users' issues
Handle difficult patiently on urgently basis; Participate in testing whenever required
Answering customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
Skills & Experience
Systems Person

with experience in customer support and technical problem-solving skills with IT applications
Experience with Legal IT Systems especially NetDocuments system / Agiloft CLM (Contract lifecycle management) is preferred
Bachelor's degree in IT or related field with around 3 years of experience
Operations and support background with an ability to handle difficult clients patiently
Strong Microsoft Office skills especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
Strong verbal and written communication skills
