CBIZ ARC assists high growth companies with complex technical accounting, internal and external reporting, external audit preparation, IPO preparation, as well as system/process and people. Essential Functions and Primary Duties Develop extensive skills in audit procedures/facilitation, SEC reporting and technical GAAPEnhance professional oral and written communication skillsExhibit a professional, business-like demeanorApply problem-solving skills and deliver ARC Consulting methodology on engagementsBuild and broaden industry knowledge to support organization and functional initiativesExercise professional judgment on engagements by identifying issues and providing proactive solutionsProvide recommendations for improved and enhanced business efficiency to clientsDemonstrate leadership and provide guidance to other engagement team membersProactively manage career – set goals and career plans with Managing DirectorsManager Responsibilities include: Contribute to strong client relationships through meaningful interactions with high-level client personnelUnderstand engagement as it relates to client's business and industryDemonstrate knowledge in all areas of client industriesAssume responsibility for leading execution on all engagementsPerform engagement planning and communicate status updatesManage staff and manager utilization through delegationEnsure high quality of engagement-related products/deliverablesTrain managers and staffWriting/developing client reports/deliverables and communicating engagement resultsRecognize and communicate opportunities to sell "add-on" work to clientDeliver services that meet ARC Consulting standards of excellencePreferred Qualifications: BA/BBA/BS in Accounting, Finance or business-related field requiredUS CPA is requiredMBA/MS/MA degree is a plusCFA, CIA, CISA, or CISSP certification is a plus8+ years related experience requiredKnowledge of US GAAP is requiredKnowledge of IFRS standards is a plusPrior public accounting or consulting experience is requiredPrior industry experience is a plusTeam leadership skills/experience is requiredProficiency in MS office products, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint is requiredStrong verbal and written communication skillsMinimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required7 years experience in related field5 years supervisoryMust have and preserve required licensesAbility to manage deadlines, work on multiple assignments and prioritize each assignment as necessaryDemonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externallyProficient use of applicable technologyMust be able to travel based on business needsThe annual salary target for this job in this market is $165,000- $285,000. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
