Técnico De Mantenimiento (Utilidades)

*Execute advanced maintenance activities, or operate and monitor complex plant support equipment, with ability to investigate complex issues or problems with guidance from more experienced personnel. * Troubleshoot and repair equipment/system failures. *Basic support and may start-up of new equipment to ensure it meets all mechanical design specifications.* Assist with the development and execution of validation documents for mechanical equipment. *Demonstrate expertise in two or more advanced maintenance technologies and understand how to apply technology to improve equipment reliability (alignment, balancing, thermography, oil analysis, ultrasound, electric motor circuit analysis, metrology, or vibration monitoring). *Support the 24/7 Operation of the Utilities area and stay during bad weather conditions in the plant to support the operation.*Other functions that may be assigned*
Requisitos:
Education: Associate's degree AND 2 years of Maintenance experience OR High School diploma/GED and 4 years of Maintenance experience Preferred Qualifications: • Ability to effectively communicate ideas through verbal and written form. • Intermediate computer skills. • Knowledge in Windows applications like Excel and Word and Acrobat. • Ability to interact constructively with peers/teams. • Ability to seek outside resources as needed. • Knowledgeable of one or more of the following technical areas: Utility Plant Operations/ Maintenance, Process Equipment/ System Maintenance, HVAC Operations/ Maintenance, or Fire System. • Utility Plant Technician Competencies: o Central Utility Plant Operational, Maintenance, and Troubleshooting • Knowledge of miscellaneous equipment (WFI Still, Clean Steam Generator, Purified Production Units, Water Distribution Systems, Water Softeners, Emergency Power Systems, and UPS. Work Methodology: • 100 % On-Site Job • 7 Months 1st Contract
