Exciting Opportunity with Banyan Treatment Centers Telehealth program! Banyan Treatment Centers is recruiting a dedicated Telehealth Therapist to join our remote clinical team. The role involves providing clinical services virtually to patients within substance-use-disorder or mental health programming at an IOP level of care.

The Telehealth Therapist engages with the treatment team, undertaking diverse daily patient care activities. Responsibilities include managing a patient caseload, delivering group, individual, and family therapy, and conducting bio-psychosocial assessments. Working closely with the treatment team, the Therapist formulates the master treatment plan and supports discharge planning in adherence to their credentials and State/Federal regulations.

Position Details: Schedule: 6-9 pm, specific days to be discussed; groups are hosted Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. Location: Remote.Time Zone(s): MDTCompensation: $65,000-85,000 (CO residents) Why Join Us?

Essential Functions: Facilitate group therapy sessions to provide a supportive environment for clients to interact with peers.Guide discussions to encourage sharing of experiences, learning coping skills, and gaining insights from others.Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions to address personal issues, challenges, and goals of clients.Offer personalized support, guidance, and therapeutic interventions tailored to each client's needs.Provide psychoeducational sessions to enhance clients' understanding of mental health or substance use issues.Educate clients about symptoms, triggers, coping strategies, and the effects of treatment.Lead skill-building activities aimed at enhancing coping skills, communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and stress management techniques.Incorporate relevant exercises and interventions to promote mental wellness and sobriety.Assist clients in developing relapse prevention strategies to maintain progress after completing the program.Identify triggers, develop coping strategies, establish support networks, and promote self-care techniques.Incorporate family therapy sessions into the treatment plan to address family dynamics, communication issues, and relationship challenges.Collaborate with clients' family members to support the client's recovery journey and improve family functioning.Offer case management services to assist clients in navigating external resources and support systems.Provide referrals to community support services, assistance with housing or employment, and coordination of care with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive support for clients' needs.Facilitate process groups and participating in multidisciplinary treatment plan reviews.Document patient progress and revising treatment plans as necessary.Maintain clinical records according to program policies and regulatory standards.Develop continuing care plans and completing discharge summaries promptly. Preferences: Work experience in the field of behavioral/mental health.Familiarity with KIPU. Experience working with patients at an IOP LOC.Experience working remotely. Qualifications: Master's degree in social work or a related human services major. An active LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC in the state of Colorado. Grow with us, apply now!
