Position Overview: As a Mental Health Therapist at Devine Interventions, you will be a key part of a multidisciplinary team focused on delivering comprehensive mental health services. Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other psychotherapeutic approaches
- Support patients in managing mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including case managers and medication management providers, to deliver holistic patient care
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records for all patients in compliance with clinic standards and HIPAA guidelines
- Stay current on best practices and emerging trends in mental health therapy to ensure the highest standard of care for our patients

Qualifications
Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
Valid state licensure or certification as a Therapist
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or mental health disorders
Proficiency in conducting patient assessments and developing treatment plans
Knowledge of therapeutic techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and art therapy
Familiarity with medical terminology, including ICD-10 codes for accurate diagnosis and billing purposes
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
