Requirements:
Previous experience working in a travel agency as a ticket agent.
Must have experience in GDS systems such as
SABRE.
Bilingual (Spanish and English).
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
Responsibilities:
Answer all phone calls promptly.
Assist customers by providing guidance regarding the trip packages with the designated zone.
Handle all reservation requests in a friendly, efficient, and prompt manner.
Creates, estimates, and reserves unique travel packages based on the client's interests and within the restrictions that the company offers.
Registers and updates bookings for your clients in the database.
Ensure that the company receives complete payment from the consumer.
Create receipts and invoices for your sales in the Client Base system.
Prepares and distributes your clients' vouchers or travel documents after payment is received.
Handle all travel-related issues, including disputes, complaints, cancellations, and refunds.
Issuance and reimbursement of airline tickets issued by the company.
Communicate airport rules and procedures to passengers before boarding their planes.
