Tire Sales And Installation Specialist

Job Summary We are seeking a Tire Sales and Installation Specialist to assist members with tire selection and purchases, and to perform tire installations and repairs. This role also involves maintaining the tire bay area and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
Responsibilities include tire mounting, dismounting, rotating, and balancing. Merchandise tire displays and automotive products. Provide knowledgeable service to members at the tire desk. Maintain a clean and professional tire bay and waiting area. Coordinate with Home Office regarding member tire needs. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license. Prior tire installation experience preferred. Strong interpersonal skills required. Basic computer skills or a willingness to learn required. Ability to lift over 30 pounds with assistance. Environmental Job Conditions Exposure to both indoor and outdoor temperatures and weather conditions. Standing and moving about continuously on hard surfaces required. Lifting objects up to 30 pounds and potentially heavier objects with assistance. Frequent interaction with moving cars and loud equipment.
