Tool And Die Maker

We are seeking a skilled Tool and Die Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in machining, tooling, and working with various equipment to fabricate and repair precision tools.
*Responsibilities*
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Set up and operate conventional or computer numerically controlled (CNC) machine tools
- Use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers to ensure accuracy
- Inspect finished tools to ensure they meet quality standards
- Troubleshoot issues with tools and dies to make necessary adjustments
- Fabricate tools using lathes, milling machines, grinders, and other machinery
- Collaborate to develop new tooling solutions
*Qualifications*
- Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar
- Experience in plastics injection molding is a plus
- Familiarity with reading schematics and technical drawings
- Ability to operate a relevant equipment
- Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 44 per week
