Responsibilities: - Provide clinical social work services to individuals and families in need - Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans based on client needs - Provide counseling and support to clients dealing with various social, emotional, and behavioral issues - Collaborate with other professionals and agencies to coordinate services for clients - Advocate for clients' rights and access to resources - Conduct home visits and participate in case conferences as needed - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or related field - Experience working with children, families, and individuals in a social work setting - Knowledge of child welfare systems and regulations - Strong mentoring skills to support clients in achieving their goals - Familiarity with Medicare and other insurance programs - Proficient in motivational interviewing techniques - Ability to provide crisis intervention services when necessary - Knowledge of behavioral health issues and treatment approaches - Experience in addiction counseling is a plus - Understanding of workforce development programs and resources This position requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
