Position Summary Complete a thorough examination of the closing package and support a smooth process for selling the loan.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Monitor and manage servicing transfer letter process.
Conduct daily reporting on the status of outstanding loans in the file review queue and keep LOS updated to maintain precise data.
Ensure follow-up with borrowers, title companies, and internal partners as required to fulfill outstanding loan conditions, utilizing both phone and email communication.
Utilize precise, comprehensive, and thorough information when responding to warehouse banks, custodian banks, title companies, investors, and other departments.
Guarantee timely responses to emails and voicemails in accordance with specified Service Level Agreements ("SLAs").
Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience 1+ years of closing and/or post-closing experience.
1+ years of Freddie Mac Loan Selling and Fannie Mae Loan Delivery experience.
Knowledge of FHA, VA and USDA guidelines.
Ability to maintain a knowledge of lending guidelines, investor programs, industry requirements, and industry changes.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Demonstrated computer skills in word processing, spreadsheet, and electronic mail software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a high level of professional integrity.
Maintains a positive, helpful, constructive attitude and work relationship with co-workers and supervisor.
Strong time management and organizational skills in a dynamic, constantly changing environment.
Attention to detail and quality focused.
Understanding of mortgage closing documents.
Good command of English, both oral and written, with strong customer service skills.
Encompass experience preferred.
