About the Role

HomeSafe Alliance is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Training and Quality Development Manager to oversee and manage training efforts between HomeSafe, Service providers, and our training subcontractors. The Training and Quality Service Provider Development Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating the enrollment, participation, and completion of assigned training courses of various HomeSafe Connect training curricula in accordance with the contractual obligations of the GHC and HomeSafe Alliance.

This role requires the individual to maintain a full overview of the service provider capacity in respective, and forecast trends, patterns, and/or deficiencies to the Training and Quality Senior Manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Training and Quality Service Provider Development Manager will:

Work closely with Training and Quality Senior Manager to identify training needs, gaps, and priorities within the service provider training ecosystem.

Communicate training details, logistics, and expectations to service providers and 3rd party training contractors, ensuring clarity and accessibility of information.

Monitor LMS usage, track training completion rates, and generate reports to assess training effectiveness and compliance.

Assist with the collection of feedback from training participants through surveys, evaluations, and assessments, analyzing data to measure training satisfaction, effectiveness, deficiencies, and performance improvement opportunities. Use these evaluation results to identify areas for improvement, refine training content and delivery methods, and enhance learning outcomes.

Maintain accurate records of service provider training activities, attendance, and compliance documentation, ensuring PWS regulatory requirements are met.

Be available to participate in internal or external meetings, special functions, and training presentation and development programs using various forms and formats including group discussion, Teams calls, webinar, or in-person lecture.

Assist in developing and presenting a yearly Training Plan.

Professionally complete any and all other duties assigned.

Qualifications and Skills Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.

Strong entrepreneurial skills with prior private business ownership preferred.

Must be a U.S. citizen due to contractual requirements.?

5+ years' experience in local HHG operations or agency management.

Superb written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, and ability to engage with diverse audiences required.

Ability to communicate and work effectively with external service provider representatives, 3rd party training contractors, and internal HomeSafe team members who possess a wide variety of backgrounds, personalities, and communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office, enterprise software and specialized programs for planning, scheduling, and data reporting.

Proficiency in record keeping and data management, ensuring accurate tracking of service provider participation and compliance.

Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess challenges and deliver effective solutions with a sense of urgency.

Ability to plan, deliver, and organize complex projects with general direction and minimal guidance.

Strong independent work ethic, with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.

Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English as the primary language used in the workplace.

Candidates must be willing and able to support trainees and service providers in multiple time zones.

5+ years' experience as a HHG driver, crew lead, or crew member preferred.

5+ years' experience at van line level in HHG operations with an emphasis on driver and crew management preferred.

Former Military Transportation/MilMove HHG Experience preferred.

Note: This position is fully remote / work from home. HomeSafe will supply appropriate equipment, employee provided high speed internet is required.
