**Position Overview**
We are currently seeking **Transportation Procurement Analysts** to join our team.
We are seeking 2 analysts, one with experience analyzing Global Freight, this role will be responsible for the following:
* Supplier relationship management
* Load engineering strategy
* Dispute resolution escalation
* Cost reduction initiatives
* Rack loop support (MFG)
* Linkage to VW partners
* Evaluate incoterms
* Support Container Freight Agreement negotiation
The second analyst will be responsible for data analytics with the following responsiblities:
* Parcel oversight
* Support for data analytics efforts
* Maintain carrier scorecards
* Review performance against SLAs
* Market data collection
* Spend forecasting by lane
* Salesforce idea ownership
* Certificate of Insurance oversight
* E-auction administration
**Basic Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree
* At least 2 years of purchasing/procurement experience
OR
* Master's degree
OR
* At least 4 years of purchasing/procurement experience
**Additional Requirements**
* Qualified candidates, excluding current Navistar employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. **Desired Skills**
* Strong Excel skills
* Experience with transportation procurement data analysis to include Global Supply Chain Transportation evaluation, selection and management of vendors (IE- scorecard analysis, SLA's, etc.)
* Strong communication skills
* Understanding of manufacturing supply chain and aftermarket supply chain
