Transportation Project Manager

A National Engineering & Design Firm seeks a Project Manager for their Construction Engineering and Inspection Division .
Responsibilities: Manage projects for NJDOT/NJTA, PANYNJ, and other public agencies.Oversee all Construction Inspection projects, ensuring they meet financial goals, timelines, and budgets.Provide guidance to inspection staff and handle change orders, payments, and project closeouts.Review and approve shop drawings, plans, and specifications for various construction projects.Collaborate with client technical staff and project managers on technical approaches and project decisions.Prepare technical and cost proposals.Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering Professional Engineer (PE) certification (preferred).10+ years of experience in engineering, with a focus on transportation and construction.Strong understanding of project management, contract terms, and conditions.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
