Travel Agent

Requirements:
Previous experience working as a travel agent.
Sales skills.
Bilingual (Spanish and English)
Good verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook
Knowledge of GDS systems such as SABRE or AMADEUS, preferred but not required.
Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers by providing guidance regarding the trip packages with the designated zone.
Creates, estimates, and reserves unique travel packages based on the client's interests and within the restrictions that the company offers.
Registers and updates bookings for your clients in the database.
Ensure that the company receives complete payment from the consumer.
Create receipts and invoices for your sales in the Client Base system.
Prepares and distributes your clients' vouchers or travel documents after payment is received.
Handle all travel-related issues, including disputes, complaints, cancellations, and refunds.

Pay: $22,000.00 - $27,000.00 per year
