Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Long Term Care Discipline: LPN / LVN Start Date: 09/30/2024 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days, evenings, nights Employment Type: Travel - Variable shifts;
- Sun/Mon/Wed/Thu/Fri for 40 hrs/wk on 2-10:30p
- Sun/Sat/Sun/Fri repeating for 16 hrs/wk on 6a-2:30p
- Thu/Fri Evening shift 2-10:30p & Sun Day shift 6a-2:30p for 24 hrs/wk
- 1+ yr of LPN experience
- Active BLS
- OR state license / compact
