Certification Details Certifications by Unit are housed on V1 in the Unit Job Descriptions. AHA or ARC only, front and signed back. RQI is acceptable. Required for LDRP, ICU, ED, OR, Ambulatory, Endo. Job Details Position: RN - ICU experience Unit/Cost Center: Intensive Care Unit Assignment Duration: 13-week Specialty Requirements/Years of Experience: 1 Special Procedures/Equipment: Patient Ratio: 1:2-3 Charting System Experience: CPSI/Evident Weekend/On Call Requirements: every other weekend Floating Requirements: Medical/Surgical and/or ER when needed First Time Traveler (Y/N): Y Scrub Color: Any color Job Requirements Licensure: RN Certifications required: BLS, ACLS Certifications preferred: PALS, TNCC Schedule Information Weekend/On Call Requirements: every other weekend Additional Details Proof of I9 or Attestation Government issued photo ID required. Photo Identification must be carried on person during hours of service to client. Copy of valid driver's license (time sensitive facility needs this provide asap to add traveler to their system) Proof of Everify or Attestation Please require if nurse is working on a compact license As required.
