**Shift:** Variable Shift - 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30, 11:00 - 23:00), Every Other Weekend, On Call As Needed

**Guaranteed Hours:**

**Experience:** 2+ Years Required, Travel Experience Required

**License:** Valid State License Required at Time of Submission

**Certifications:** BLS, ACLS, NRP, Advanced Fetal Monitoring (All certifications must be AHA and in hand at submission)

**Must-Have:**
- Epic Charting Experience Preferred
- Ability to provide a background policy statement if applicable

**Job Description:**

- Provide high-quality nursing care and support to patients in the labor and delivery unit.
- Participate actively in patient assessments, care planning, and implementation.
- Manage pain relief and anesthesia administration during labor and delivery.
- Collaborate efficiently with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and guidelines in maternal and fetal health.
- Adapt to variable shifts and on-call requirements to meet unit needs.
- Maintain updated certifications and skills to provide evidence-based care.
- Demonstrate proficiency in monitoring and interpreting fetal heart patterns.
- Engage in continuous professional development and training, including 16 hours of orientation.
