Delivers holistic and individualized care to all patients in assigned area. Develops, implements, coordinates an optimal interdisciplinary plan of care that incorporates psychological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and life-style factors. Fosters and maintains collaborative relationships between patients, their family/support group, physicians, and other healthcare providers through timely and effective communications. Requirements: - CA RN Licensure - BLS (AHA) - Scrub and Circulate experience -1 year of exp in Cardiac, Hepatobiliary, Robotic, Spine, Ophthalmology services Shift: 4 x 10 Days 0 start times Variable 10 hour shifts (7a, 9a, 11a, 1300) rotating weekends and OT support.
