Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Occupational Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Zack Group is currently seeking OT Occupational Therapys for positions in Forest Grove, Oregon. The ideal candidate will possess a current state or equivalent compact license. This is a 3x12 Days, 07:00:00-19:00:00, 12.00-3 position in the OT. Must have a Nursing License in handand have at least 2 years of recent OT nursing experience as a Occupational Therapy .
Requirements Current Resume
Nursing License per state
Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or Specialty Certifications
2 current leadership references
Must be able to pass background/urine drug screening
