Job Title: Inpatient Pharmacist Job Specialty: Pharmacist Inpatient Job Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day 4x10-Hour (06:00 - 16:00); Day 4x10-Hour (08:30 - 18:30) Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: 2 years of inpatient acute care required; No first-time travelers License: Valid WI License required Certifications: BLS required; BCPS preferred Must-Have: - Inpatient acute care experience - Ability to float within the hospital - Compliance with required certifications and documentation Job Description: - Work variable shifts with potential for every other weekend. - Provide clinical pharmacy services to patients in an inpatient setting. - Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal medication management. - Participate in the development and implementation of clinical protocols and guidelines. - Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards. - Complete required training and orientation, including modules up to 8 billable hours. - Maintain accurate records of medication distribution and pharmaceutical care. - Engage in pharmacy operations and inventory management as needed.
