Job Description: - Administer radiation therapy to patients as prescribed by a radiation oncologist. - Collaborate with the medical team to design and execute patient treatment plans. - Operate and maintain sophisticated radiation therapy equipment. - Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of treatment details in the Epic documentation system. - Comply with all safety protocols and regulations to ensure secure and effective treatments. - Assist in patient positioning and monitoring during treatments to maintain optimal safety and comfort. - Adapt to hospital needs by floating within the hospital based on census demands. - Engage in continuous collaboration and communication with the oncology team to support patient care.
