Position Overview
GOSH Enterprises Inc. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Treasury Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Treasury Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient cash flow management, forecasting, and strategic decision-making
Key Responsibilities Daily Cash Management: Monitor and manage the daily cash position to ensure sufficient liquidity at the entity level. Cash Flow Forecasting: Prepare accurate and timely cash flow forecasts, incorporating historical data, market trends, and operational insights Banking and Treasury Management: Manage relationships with financial institutions, negotiating favorable terms and conditions for banking services and credit facilities Oversee the implementation and maintenance of effective treasury management systems and processes Evaluate and recommend investment opportunities for excess cash, ensuring alignment with the company's risk profile and liquidity requirements Compliance and Audit: Ensure compliance with treasury controls and support SOX and external audit requirements. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to understand and support their financial need Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, 3-5 years of experience in a corporate treasury or finance role. Knowledge of payment systems (Wires, ACHs, Book Transfers). Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI), and cash management software Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
