Job Summary:
Mission Community Hospital is seeking an experienced Treatment RN to join our Panorama City, California-based team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing professional and compassionate nursing care to patients undergoing treatment in a hospital setting. Your primary duties include assessing treatment plans, preparing and administering medications, and monitoring and reporting changes in patient condition.

Responsibilities:
•Assess and evaluate patient conditions by taking comprehensive health histories
•Administer medications, treatments, and therapies according to doctor's orders
•Monitor and document patient status, include vital signs, intake, and output, symptoms, and reactions to medications and treatments
•Provide physical care and emotional support to patients and their families
•Comply with all safety regulations and standards
•Contribute to team efforts to deliver high-quality patient care
Requirements:
•Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing school (preferred)
•Current state RN licensure in good standing
•At least two years of experience in a hospital behavioral health setting
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
•Strong knowledge of psychiatric nursing requirements and regulations
•Computer literacy
•Ability to work autonomously, interact with coworkers effectively, and collaborate to provide high-quality patient care
