Truck Driver Requirements: 6 months recent verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience in the past 3 years (more than 3 states driven and staying in truck overnight), In the past 3 years: 3 or less moving violations Will review all terminations including Safety Terminations No more than 3 incidents within the past 3 years No felony or misdemeanors in the past 3 years No DUI's in the past 3 years Urine drug screen Truck Driver Responsibilities: Reefer Automatic Trucks and some manuals Internationals and KW's 2-3 weeks out and 2-3 days home Average 2200-2800 miles per week Pay: $.40cpm plus $.05 safety bonus Average $42k-$62k+annually No touch freight Driver is responsible for parking trucks in a safe place Layover, Detention and multi stop pay available Truck Driver Benefits: Holiday Pay: $150 per holiday $300 Paid orientation Vacation pay Monthly Incentives Full benefits start after 91 days
