Job Title: Ultrasound Technician Job Specialty: RDMS Registered Job Duration: 14 weeks Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week Experience: 1 year of General Registered Ultrasound experience required License: Registered as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) by the American Radiologic Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) Certifications: BLS preferred; NT certification is a plus Must-Have: ARDMS certification Job Description: - Work in the Obstetrics and Gynecology/Maternal-Fetal Medicine unit.- Collaborate with maternity patients to provide exceptional care.- Utilize ultrasound technology to perform diagnostic examinations.- Maintain high standards of patient safety and confidentiality.- Interpret and analyze data to ensure accurate diagnostic results.- Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members.- Stay current with medical imaging guidelines and technologies.- Provide compassionate and professional healthcare service.
