Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesOversee, gather, and consolidate manufacturing data from various sources, including production equipment, quality control systems, and laboratory instruments. Generate regular reports on equipment performance, maintenance activities, and any issues encountered. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improving equipment performance and maintenance processes.Ensure lab equipment is operated and maintained in a manner that promotes a safe working environment. Continuously monitor GMP and QC equipment.Perform regular maintenance and calibration.Record lab equipment performance data, diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues.Ensure all activities comply with GMP, QC, and regulatory requirements. Monitor environmental conditions in manufacturing and QC areas.Assist QC teams with equipment setup and operation.Develop preventive maintenance schedules.Maintain inventory of spare parts.Additional Skills and QualificationsExperience in equipment monitoring in a GMP, QC, or other regulated environments.Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing complex equipment.Familiarity with regulatory requirements for data management in a manufacturing environment.Understanding of manufacturing processes in the biotech industry.Experience following SOPs and GMP protocols.Experience in clean rooms.About Actalent Actalent is a global leader in engineering and sciences services and talent solutions.
