Position Summary...What you'll do... We are looking for a Director, Business Integration to help reimagine the way we empower and enable our associates within the distribution center through new technology launches. This role will lead the business vision to design and launch several key initiatives around warehouse management and control systems. Y ou will influence the build and fielding of industry defining omni-channel supply chain products at scale.As a part of Ambient Operations, you'll represent the operators in defining and prioritizing requirements through the technology life cycle and you will lead a team of highly skilled managers that will oversee the development of multiple supply chain applications. What you will bring: Drive to lead the product lifecycle from requirement definitions, research, metrics analysis, technical specifications, development, testing, KPIs and other launch efforts Experience working with product, data science, and engineering to define and prioritize the requirements for new capabilities with the warehouse applications. Knowledge based on industry and competitive analysis to understand the emerging trends in warehouse management and control systems.
