The selected candidate will have the ability to work out of their home office but must reside in West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey, or Ohio and be able to travel throughout this region 90% of the time. Per diem and mileage based on travel requirements. What you will be doing: As a Title Agent, you will be responsible for searching real estate records, both online and in county courthouses. The selected candidate will pull deeds, mortgages, contracts, easements, tax cards, plats, and other instruments required to complete a title search.Agent will compile information into a client provided Title Report while ensuring accuracy of title information.
