Validation Engineer

Responsibilities and Requirements: Our client is on the lookout for a dedicated Validation Engineer with Manufacturing Equipment experience to join our dynamic team. This role demands hands-on involvement in equipment validation with a focus on bioreactors and cell therapy equipment. Proven experience in drafting URS documents, executing tests, and handling protocol discrepancies. Strong background in Quality and/or Manufacturing within biotech or pharmaceutical environments. Proficiency in handling complex equipment and computerized systems. Excellent technical writing skills and a knack for interdepartmental collaboration. Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 5 years' experience, especially with BSCs and smoke studies. Must be self-motivated and able to work onsite in West Hills, CA.
