Veterinary Receptionist

Faithful Friends is looking for an experienced veterinary receptionist to support the front of our hospital. We are a small animal practice that is seeking an experienced, independent, and passionate receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate must be dependable and be able to adapt to a fast paced environment, with a friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills. Exceptional customer service skills, the ability to multitask, handle multiple phone lines, and computer proficiency are a must. Experience in the veterinary industry is required Job Responsibilities: Answer phones, schedule appointments, scan records, prepare charts, etc. Greet clients and assist with checking out.
