The successful candidate will be tasked with achieving revenue goals, expanding agency relationships, and leading the sales team to secure sponsorships and strategic partnerships. This executive will be a hands-on leader, working closely with the team to meet sales targets and will be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities. The role requires an experienced professional with a proven track record in enterprise partnerships, sales operations, and digital business growth.

Applicants for the Vice President, AfroTech Sales position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years' of experience in business development, brand building, people management, and revenue growth. A minimum of 5 years' of leadership experience in developing mid-level talent is also required. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Salesforce, Asana, or a comparable project management suite, and should possess excellent communication skills, a strong analytical mindset, and a demonstrated ability to track and drive business metrics. The role demands a leader with the ability to set and manage diverse strategic KPIs and a preference is given to those who have a proven ability to grow revenue while prioritizing community values.
