The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the vision, strategy, and plan for the company's alliances and strategic partnerships function. This includes overseeing the team that manages relationships with major social network partners and direct revenue-driving channel partners. The role demands executive leadership to ensure the growth and management of these critical relationships, as well as the development of go-to-market solutions that align with the overall corporate strategy.
Applicants should have an advanced level of related experience, with a strong preference for those with extensive senior partnership and/or product experience in high-growth B2B SaaS environments. The role requires an individual with an exemplary track record as a people leader, experience in building strategic partnerships, working with APIs, and executing commercial agreements. The ideal candidate will be tenacious, curious, conscientious, and humble, and will be expected to embody the company's guiding principles, which include stepping up, being customer-obsessed, and playing to win. In addition to providing leadership in partnership strategy, the VP will be responsible for creating and communicating the company's alliances and product partnership strategy, as well as leading and refining processes to manage alliances effectively and drive collaboration with other teams.
