Applicants for the Business Resiliency Manager position should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience, with a preference for those holding accreditations in business continuity or crisis management. The role demands a candidate with a strong background in the financial industry and/or business continuity work, who is adept at building relationships and networking across various functions and geographies. The ideal candidate will be a culture carrier, promoting a mindset of continuous process improvement and risk management, and will be capable of leading and assisting with crisis management during pressure situations. Flexibility and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team is essential, as is the willingness to be available to support the business during disruptive events, including weekends and holidays.
