The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing client support strategies, leading and managing a team of client support professionals, and ensuring the seamless delivery of support services in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities also include monitoring performance metrics, maintaining strong client relationships, driving the adoption of best practices, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
This role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in a senior leadership position within client support or customer service, a strong understanding of support operations, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with a passion for serving clients, the ability to lead and motivate a team, and a talent for problem-solving in high-pressure situations. Experience with CRM systems, and support software, and a background in managing teams that support multiple products is essential. The role also requires the ability to work with the financial aspects of departments, including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, and a history of managing teams that support enterprise public sector or K-12 software customers.
